Trouble logging into Genesis

If you are having trouble logging into Genesis, there are a few things to double check:

Check that you are in the correct portal:

• Student Portal: https://students.genesisedu.com/hts
• Parent Portal: https://parents.genesisedu.com/hts
• Teacher Portal: https://genesis.genesisedu.com/hts

Use the "Forgot My Password" button to receive a rescue email:

*Rescue email from Genesis may take up to 10 minutes to arrive so don't click the button more than once!*
